5) Third-Party Platforms & Client Practices

Our website may link to third-party tools (e.g., job boards, video platforms). While we encourage inclusive practices, Hireloom does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their conformance.

Employers using Hireloom remain independently responsible for their policies, workplace practices, and compliance with the Ontario Human Rights Code and other applicable laws.
6) Reporting Concerns
If you believe a posting, communication, or interaction facilitated by Hireloom is discriminatory or presents a barrier:

We will review promptly and take appropriate action (e.g., remove/modify content, request clarification from the employer, or provide alternative arrangements).
7) Continuous Improvement
We review our processes and materials periodically to improve inclusivity and accessibility. Feedback is welcome (see Section 6).
8) Limited Liability
While Hireloom acts in good faith to promote equal opportunity and accessibility, we cannot guarantee the conduct of third parties or uninterrupted, error-free services.
