For job applicants engaging with Hireloom or our clients:

  • When arranging an interview, we will consult with you to provide suitable accommodations, considering your accessibility needs.

5) Third-Party Content & Platforms

Our website may include links to third-party content, job boards, video tools, or training providers. While we encourage accessibility from our partners, we do not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their conformance. If a barrier arises with third-party tools used in our process, we will work with you to provide a reasonable alternative.

6) Service Interruptions

Where planned or unplanned disruptions affect accessibility (e.g., platform downtime), we will post a notice on our website or application portal where feasible, including the reason for the disruption and expected duration, and offer available alternatives.

7) Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review our policies, web content, and customer interactions periodically to identify and remove barriers, and to maintain compliance with AODA/IASR requirements.

8) Limited Liability

While Hireloom uses reasonable efforts to support accessibility and provide accommodations in good faith, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully conformant access in all circumstances, including those involving third-party services, legacy content, or temporary outages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hireloom disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from accessibility limitations; this statement does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable accessibility laws.
